Cargo quantity: 45000-50000 MT clinker in bulk in CHOPT basis loading up to full capacity of the vessel sub to available draft at load & Disch. Ports BE

Freight: USD 8 pmt bss 1 / 1 //bss grabber vessel Owners free DA at load and discharge ports.

Freight payment: 50 pct. of ocean freight, to be paid to owner’s nominated bank account on vessel arrival to loading port and balance 50 pct. at discharge port

Demurrage / detention if any to be paid upon vessel arrival at discharge port however before breaking bulk on basis of draft survey at load port as per the quantity on bills of lading, to be paid to owners nominated bank account in cash by charterers within upon completion of loading.

Master to sign and release BsL before vessel set sail, BsL marked freight payable as per charter party" and "charter party dated" xx xx 2019. And "said to weigh" but always before breaking Bulk.

NOR/laytime: NOR to be tendered atdnsshinc bends upon vessel's arrival at BENDS whether in berth or not, whether in port or not, Whether in free pratique or not, whether customs clear or Not. Laytime to commence from the time of NOR issued.

Cargo quantity will be determined by draft survey, by surveyor and master at BENDS. Surveyor time and cost will arrg by shipper and charterer.

Draft survey time not to count as lay time but not over than 2 hrs. BENDS.

Meal break not to be counted as laytime.

First shifting to be on owners account. all subsequent shifting to be on charterer's account and time to count as laytime. however, if port request vessel shifting due to vessel fault then it is for owner account.

Opening and closing of hatches both at loading and discharging ports, first opening and last closing hatches to be for owners account, and time not to be counted as laytime. Other intermediate opening and closing of hatches to be for charterers account and time used be counted as laytime, unless called for by the master due to weather and to be on owners account.

Bill(s) of lading: Congen B(s)/L form to be used. Master to sign and release BsL strictly in accordance with mate’s receipt.

Cargo release: if original bill(s) of lading are not available at discharging port, owners/ master to allow discharge against simple letter of indemnity on owners' p & I club wording signed by charters if charts require second set switch bls in which cargo qt'ty /description should be remain unchanged, then chrtrs to provide loi in owners pni wording. Charts will surrender the 1st set original bls to oa at loading port with stamp surrendered and confirm received of 100% freight payment and then owners can release the 2nd set b/l's at disc port by oa to receiver

Any dues, taxes and wharfage on cargo to be for charterers account and on the vessel, freight to be for owners account. If any, flag, classification or ownership to be for owners account.

Agents: - charterers agents at load and discharge ports be.

Owners to confirm that all vessel's certificates valid for voyage.

Vessel's gears suitable for grab discharge from all holds/hatches.

Vessel is free from lien and/or encumbrance etc. for the duration of the voyage.

Vessel has valid 'ISM' certificate on board.

The owners indemnify the charterers & their cargo against any action resulting by way of any performance of the vessel & statutory non- compliance by the vessel & its owners.

All other terms and conditions as per owners proforma c/p based on gencon 94.

Demurrage/ detention: - usd 3000/- pdpr

Demurrage : demurrage at load / disch port, if any, to be paid by charterers at the rate of USD 3000 per day of 24 continuous running hours or prorate for part of a day for all timeused in excess of allowed laytime along with ocean freight payment.

Detention: to be applied if cargo/cargo docs not ready at load and discharge port.

Owners/ master to give 5/4/3days tentative notice and 2/1-day definite notices of ETA at the discharge port to the charterers/ shippers/ receivers/ brokers/ agents

Stevedore damage if any to be settled between owners and stevedores directly but charterers to render best cooperation to the owners to solve stevedore damage.

Arbitration in Singapore as per the English law.

Performing tonnage will sail to discharge ports after completion of cargo loading bss owns port rotation. Any requirement for bunkering to be notified in advance.

Vessel is subject to port approval, in order to get the port approval we are kindly requesting you to submit all valid ship certificate and particulars.
