INTRODUCED PARTIES OF LOUIS CHANG TO US (SAME GROUP WITH YNW RESOURCES INC):

which have breached the charter party agreements and didn’t pay ocean freight as per charter terms, even they were sent us the fake bank application. and they are a group of individual and collective fraud companies.

Details of the incident are as follows:

They signed as Charterers: YNW RESOURCES INC, of PUROK 5, NMPI ROAD, NISSAN TECHNOPARK, PULONG SANTA CRUZ.SANTA ROSA, LAGUNA.4026, PHILIPPINE

After the ship has loaded and they have received the freight from the shipper, they themselves find many reasons why it is difficult to transfer money to the host country and ask their company in another country to transfer the money. They themselves go to re-fill the bank slip of the shipper and send the freight to change the wrong information and then send it to us. and explained to us that it takes 1-5 days to receive the freight. They pushing us to remit ocean freight to the head owner.

This is a person and a group of companies whose motives, behavior and ways of defrauding ship charter fees are very dangerous for the world maritime industry.

We recommend that relevant parties take precautions to stay away and eliminate individuals and companies with names and phone numbers attached to them.

For a long time they lied about their intention to pay ocean freight & detention, but in the end they simply disappeared
