Shanghai Zhenhua Shipping Co.,Ltd. (ZPMC Shipping), invested by Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. and China Communications Construction Co.,Ltd., was established in 1996.

ZPMC presently operates 23 owned heavy-lift deck carrier, eight of them are semi-submersible and presenting a deadweight of up to 50.000 tons. Until first quarter of 2017 three additional ships will join the fleet. ZPMC focusing on ocean transportation of XXL components, super heavy-lifts, floating and rolling on/off cargoes, ZPMC offering worldwide services.

Combi Lift GmbH as part of a joint venture between the Bremen based shipping group Harren & Partner and TAGU Tiefbau GmbH Unterweser is bringing together a wide know-how and experience for offshore energy and tailor-made engineering and transport solutions for heavy lift and project cargoes with access on a fleet of heavy lift vessels of various sizes as well as highly specialized semi-submersible dock ships.

The joint venture is complemented by TTS and we are focusing within this cooperation on commercial expertise as well as sales and marketing.
